You might think the religious leaders of Jesus' day would illustrate the kind of person God wants us to be. You'd be wrong. Or you might think the twelve disciples Jesus chose would show you what God wants in us. You'd be closer, but you'd still be more wrong that right, at this stage in their development. But there are some worthy role models in Scripture, and the good news is they are people that any of us can be like.
