So many different things come into our minds when we think of the term "father." This is due in large part to our experience with our own earthly father. This morning we will learn about the dysfunctional father and how our God overcomes all of these dysfunctions. The commonality in overcoming those is joy. The best fathers are the ones who show joy to, for, and with their children and we have a God who is a God of joy and that's what this season of celebrating the arrival of Jesus is all about: JOY!
